At Manu Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective stickers and tags remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
